Hallie Rider is STATE Bound!!!! She was first in her speech competition with the Missouri Sheep Producers ! Hallie Rider took home 2nd place in the Missouri Sheep Producers speech at the conference level. She advanced to districts on Thursday, November 9 and qualified for State Competition.
